About us
Vis Plantis is a family-owned company based near Krakow, Poland, which since 2011 has been passionate and committed to providing conscious consumer care. Previously known as Elfa Pharm Polska, today under the new company name we are developing our portfolio to meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers.
We offer brands dedicated to the needs of women and men – that’s over 700 products available both in Poland and abroad, in 27 countries. We believe that good quality cosmetics do not have to be expensive at all, so we work every day to provide you with valuable products at affordable prices.
OUR WAREHOUSE
Our main warehouse and distribution centre of our cosmetics is located in Skawina near Krakow. Currently, together with the office, we occupy the space of approximately 3,000 sqm, which allows us to store up to 2,500 pallets with our products. The high-storage, class A warehouse is operated by a 10-person crew, full of passion and commitment in preparing shipments, both wholesale, foreign and to individual customers of the online store. We ensure appropriate storage and packaging conditions for our cosmetics so that they reach our customers in the best possible condition, who will be able to enjoy both their beautiful form and content.
COSMETICS FULL OF NATURE
Vis Plantis, in Latin, means “the power of plants”, and it is this motto that guides us through the process of creating cosmetics deriving from the wealth of nature. We believe that true beauty lies in the simplicity and strength of natural ingredients.
Ethics and sustainability are of utmost importance to us, which is why we do not test our products on animals, nor do we use raw materials tested on animals or those that could cause them suffering. We are constantly looking for innovative solutions to make the production of Vis Plantis cosmetics environmentally friendly. The bottles for Pharma Care, our latest brand, come 100% from recycled plastic and are fully recyclable.
Vis Plantis is more than just cosmetics – it’s our passion and a way to express ourselves. We want to help discover the natural beauty that lies within each of us, offering products with friendly formulas, beneficial to the skin. Pink October
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the perfect time to remind people of the importance of prevention. 90% of our employees are women, which is why every year we engage in the Pink October campaign and raise awareness of breast cancer prevention. In solidarity with women suffering from cancer, we prepare a special set of cosmetics, from the sale of which we donate part of the proceeds to the fight against breast cancer.

Medor Fundation
Extremely close to our heart is the Medor Foundation. Zara, our company companion, was one of the wards of the Medor Shelter before she was adopted by the owners of Vis Plantis. Since then, we have been donating toiletries to the foundation’s volunteers and to the Medor Bazaar. Money from the bazaar is used to buy medicine and food for the shelter’s charges.

Dorota Topolska
Founder of the company
„Rocket woman” – founder of Vis Plantis, wife and mother, passionate about life. A lover of good books, small and big trips, cycling and walks with her adopted amstaff dog Zara, who is also part of the company’s team. For several years, she has derived the greatest joy and peace from living in the countryside.
Jarosław Topolski
Founder of the company
Owner of Vis Plantis, privately husband of Dorota, father of Gosia and Tomek, also working at Vis Plantis, and foster dad of adopted amstaff dog Zara, whom he treats as „the apple of his eye”. He devotes his free time to his passion – sailing. Outside of yachting, he likes to jump on his bike, go for a run or indulge in a little work in the village garden.
Tomasz Topolski
COMMERCIAL Director
Thomas is a force of calm. The sales department has no secrets from him. Privately, he is a lover of bicycle tours, beautiful Spain and tennis. Together with his wife, he adopts abandoned guinea pigs.
Wojciech Szeliga
Export Director
Wojtek is a Jack of all trades – irreplaceable in his profession. A born linguist and an amicable, sociable person. Give him a few hours and he will start communicating with you in any language of the world. He loves cycling trips in the morning and photography.
Jolanta Langer
Director of R&D Department
Jola creates formulas for new cosmetics and keeps an eye on the quality of existing ones. She loves long walks with her dog, reading books and gardening. One can find flowers and plant pots in every corner of her house.
Małgorzata Zielińska
Brand Manager
Gosia has been working in marketing for 9 years and is in charge of Pharma Care brand, among others. She loves the scent of lavender, cats and dancing – especially jazz, contemporary and classical.
Anna Tylek
social media manager
Ania is responsible for running the social media of Vis Plantis, so!flow and Pharma Care. She is also a photographer, which comes in handy in creating the content for social media. Privately, she loves hiking and sports, the Tatra Mountains being her second home. After returning from a hike, she spends her free time with a book or watching Friends on TV.
Małgorzata Kozakiewicz
Logistics manager
Małgosia is a specialist in completing impossible tasks. Logistics is her middle name, and she can disarm anyone with her sharp sense of humour. Privately, she appreciates peace and quiet, and best relaxes with a good movie, or in the summer on bike trips with her daughter Tosia.
Sebastian Donder
sales manager
Sebastian has been working at Vis Plantis for 6 years. What he values most is customer contact. Optimism and action are the cornerstones of his sales. Privately, he is a fan of soccer and horseback riding.
Anna Herdzik
Sales Manager
Ania declares she has been fulfilling herself professionally at Vis Plantis for 8 years, supervising the territory from West Pomerania to Podkarpacie region. She loves people, talking and helping others. She is a happy mother of 2 daughters and 2 cats.

Zara was adopted in 2012 from the Medor Shelter by the owners of Vis Plantis. She is part of our team and makes every day at work more enjoyable for us. Zara privately loves long walks by the sea and playing with a chew.
